Processing orders
MedNAIS support two order processing flow that could cover all possible customer needs.
MedNAIS fully integrated with medical information system (MIS) of the customer. After integration with IT system of the Hospital, MedNAIS can describe all needed information for patient validation like first & last name, photo, number and types of containers, etc. All this information needed to be received from Hospital IT system and then medical nurse can use MedNAIS even for patient validation.
In this mode medical nurse clicks one time on the MedNAIS screen and then scan the barcode of the patient ID or order ID barcode provided by the patient. After scanning medical nurse clicks second time on the screen and then scan the container barcodes for the present patient, then clicks on the watch for third time to save the process. So just three clicks on the screen and all container barcodes with date and time stamp will be attached to patient ID and sent to MIS of the Customer. Anonymous mode is very quick and safe. No personalized information from MIS is used by MedNAIS. This is one direction flow of information – from MedNAIS to MIS.
